While He May Be Found

You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
(Jeremiah 29:13 NIV)

How reassuring to know that God will be found when we seek Him wholeheartedly. The religious Athenians, who worshipped “an unknown god,” were able to know Him through Paul, who taught them that “he is not far from any of us” (Acts 17:23, 27). Those who believed Paul’s words found God because “without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him” (Hebrews 11:6). Consider the admonition of Isaiah 55:6, “Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near.” Seek God before it’s too late, and trust that you’ll find Him when you seek Him with all your heart.

You’re bound to find God when you seek Him wholeheartedly.
