Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you.

God loves you, and like the psalmist and countless other people, you, too, will eventually realize that nothing in life is better than His love for you–no relationship, riches, fame and whatever else life has to offer. His love is so amazing that the Apostle Paul wanted the Ephesian Church (and us today) to come to its full realization. He prayed that they (and we) would “grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God” (Ephesians 3:18-19). Once you experience this matchless love, the only right response would be to do what the psalmist did–praise Him.
God’s love is better than anything life has to offer.
