Belonging to Christ

The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch.

(Acts 11:26 NIV)

The disciples were identified as followers of Christ no doubt because their lives exemplified His character. Many people carry this title, not realizing its implication. Whenever we claim that we’re Christian, we’re saying that we belong to Christ, and belonging to Christ means that we must live in a manner worthy of our calling. Sadly, sometimes we bring shame on the name of Christ by the way we live. If you’re going to call yourself a Christian, mean what you say through the way you live your life.

Live in a manner that indicates you’re a Christian.

Farah obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree (with a double major in English and Religious Studies) from the University of Toronto, where she also completed her Bachelor of Education (OISE).
