The Best Compass

Everything in the Scriptures is God’s Word. All of it is useful for teaching and helping people and for correcting them and showing them how to live. The Scriptures train God’s servants to do all kinds of good deeds.

(2 Timothy 3:16-17 CEV)

Someone once described the Bible as a compass, and history has shown that those who have been taught and guided by it have proved that Paul’s words in Second Timothy 3:16-17 are true. David sang, “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path” (Psalm 119:105 NIV) and Jesus said, “‘People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God’” (Matthew 4:4 NLT). Don’t let another day go by without reading the Bible. It will help you navigate safely through life.

To navigate through life, turn to God’s Word for direction.
