Don’t Worry

“That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life.”

(Matthew 6:25 NLT)

Research has shown that unnecessary anxiety is the cause of many illnesses. However, Christians have also proven that the time taken to read and meditate on God’s Word and pray has helped to reduce stress and therefore, the unnecessary trips to the doctor’s office. Compare someone who has learned to rely on God versus someone who worries and soon enough you’ll notice the difference. I love the passage in Matthew 6:25-34. It has been the source of inspiration for overcoming worry in my own life. I pray that it’ll do the same for you. Meditate on it long enough and watch the results.

To overcome worry, read the Bible and pray.
