Handle With Care

Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him.

(Psalm 127:3 NIV)

God loves and cares very much about children. Jesus lovingly welcomed the little children that came to Him, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matthew 19:14). And once when His disciples asked Him about who was the greatest in the kingdom of heaven, Jesus “called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven”’ (Matthew 18:2-3). Without a doubt, Jesus held children in high regard. Children are a gift from God. Handle this precious gift with care.

As a gift from God, children are to be valued and cared for.
