It’s Never Too Late to Start Again

I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

(John 10:10 NIV)

It is my friend’s desire to raise a strong and independent daughter, the kind of girl she wished her parents had raised her up to be. Instead, she learned to become that kind of girl later on in life. While we come from good supportive families, we both agree that there are things our families could have done to help with our introverted personalities and in teaching us to be more secure and confident in ourselves. Thankfully with God’s help, we have come a long way, proving that it’s never too late to start again and helping raise the next generation of strong, independent and secure women.

Throughout the Scriptures God’s message has always been the same—it’s never too late. It’s never too late to start over, chase your dreams, change your ways, be positive, hope, make a difference, learn something new, do what you’ve always wanted to do and begin again. Just because your parents didn’t give you the upbringing you longed for (maybe because they didn’t know how), it doesn’t mean that you can’t make a change now. It really isn’t too late. Jesus came so that we could have life and have it to the full.
